I was also a bit disappointed to find out that these minigames were not interactive. When I saw the chocobo jumping over the Goobbue I was hoping I'd have some kind of control over it, and the results of my input would impact the chocobo's training.


Why exactly don't you want to be in a FC? Do you just want to play an online game in a solo environment?

that's not the reason. it's certain content is gated behind a FC.
again, the cons of having a inn thing via FC is a bad idea...look at the notes for reasons why.

Yoshi, if you had the idea of players leaving their chocobo inside the stables before the log off for the night and retrieving it back the next day, how about implementing a well-rested bonus exp for the stabled chocobo?

But FCs I believe give more benefit to raising one than personal housing does (I get the point of why it should be given to personal houses, not saying it shouldn't.) FC members can raise other FC members chocobos giving a lot more exp.

Raising other FC members chocobos is nice, though it requires food, which is quite expensive so far...
