What hard to design new hair style for every race

They not meant for us to buy Fantasia just to get that hair style, are they?

They do it in a cycle for a couple of reasons:
A: It takes a good amount of time to design a new hairstyle.
B: It takes a good amount of time to make sure each head piece works with each hairstyle they create or add to another race.
C: Most importantly it keeps people subscribed or brings people back hoping for (or excited that) it's their race's turn.

And yes, it can also boost the sales of fantasia which is a good thing for them but not for every player.
