    I had the same issue yesterday after the patch, most noticeably just outside the entrance to The Rising Stones @ Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona. The entire UI would flicker - chat boxes and log text would blink erratically, while the icon bars & map and other graphical elements would get distorted. This happened when I changed the camera position/angle or moved my character - it didn't occur when I was still.

    My GPU is a NVidia GTX 460, OS is Windows 7 Ultimate.

    Update: I had the same kind of graphical interlacing that Kanookie mentioned here. Happened in a pretty low traffic area - The Goblet. Was looking down at the bottom of the waterfall and the pool was all patchwork.

    Gonna do a driver update when I get home tonight & see if that changes anything.
