You're pretty much at a point here where it's an auction house + additional inconvenience, I don't see the point, unless you're implying a temporary solution.

Or have the option to buy the item from the search list for an extra fee, like 25% or 30%.

Charging people to perform an action with the convenience of any other game on the market makes little to no sense, rewarding people who have more time for doing nothing but inconveniencing themselves makes equally little sense. Bored of the 'I have more time to throw away, reward me' thing now, you're not entitled to any more than anyone else.
