I would say impossible. You need to craft 5x if the new 3 stars turn-in materials with 3x master demimateria with your old tool to exchange for the i75.

Without your i70 Artisan gears you won't be able to craft the 3 stars.

Looks like you can skip them at least on fisher, just be rougher. Were those new turn-ins using the old turnins higher req's? Hadn't bothered to check.

No. To get iL70, you MUST craft those HQ 2-star turn in, as they are untradable, and you must turn in your iL70 to get the iL75.

with some blind luck you might be able to do it, but realistically your gonna need the i70 tools.

at least the i75 ones doesn't need any HQ stuff, at least from what I see at vendor. Just need to grind desynthesis to get those new materias.

At 801 diff and 8964 quality, and one of the required mat is determateria, HQ ain't going to happen unless RNG is your first love.
