if i was the assign each number a letter it would come out with:

but that helps none.

Turns out I cant count... the answer to this one is:

R E D M A N T I S F A L L S

You have some of the numbers wrong... each letter is represented by 2 numbers

A=01
B=02
C=03
D=04... etc.

I have the same puzzle but with different numbers.
