Motorcycle mount what we need

Exactly. Eorzea is a neo-medieval world just on the cusp of industrialization (and that is mostly a result of Garlean innovations finding their way into Eorzea) - Cloud's futuristic motorcycle just wouldn't fit no matter how much fanservice it would give. Now, his original bike the Hardy Daytona is more fitting, given how clunky and steampunkish it is, but it's still a stretch. And lets face it, Eorzea's roads aren't exactly the best for wheeled transportation (look at the chocobo carriages - they don't even have wheels for this reason, but float above the ground!), making a motorcycle even more unlikely.

Really, I think we have enough mounts already - I only ever use one or two tops now and the rest sit idle.

Well just because you only use 2 mounts doesn't mean its the same for everyone. We have mount roulette even. I'd be down with his G-Bike, or if they made a "hover" bike based off the design.

It would be vastly different, and based on the allagan heavy armor/chain armor gear (See Wyrm Set for Dragoon. Or some of the Allagan Weapons from Coil 1.) It would probably use Corrupt, Unrefined or ( Spoilers? ) Anti-Crystals ( / Spoilers? ) for its hover tech. it would also have some sort of ghostly hover noise as it moved about, and would have no "Motorcycle" ambient sound effect due to having no motor or combustion engine.
