Just noticed this topic...
And you guys/gals seem like a nice bunch of people...I'll try & /tell one of your officers when Maintenance is over.

Your character name is absolutely spectacular.I left myself logged in but I'll be at work until about 4.5~5pm Eastern today. I think Gat Zilla and Ranulf Squires ought to be available throughout the day, though!
We're more than happy to provide an LS pearl if you want to just get to know the group first. ^^b
I actually won't be able to do anything regarding joining the FC till tomorrow.
Spent the morning doing a few runs of "Frontlines", whuch was actually pretty fun, if a bit confusing(Being new to this form of pvp).
BtW,
Am I required to register on the site(for Fail Brigade---I've it bookmarked), and then proceed to inquire ingame?
I'm available between 4am till noon central.
Tommorrow is an exception as I'll be off from work, and available till late in the afternoon.
Also, a little about me, I'm more of a serious minded gamer(Don't joke much, or goof off hardly) but I can over time, once I get to know others.
I've just been in a lot of FC's that have literally been Ghost towns, with newcomers barely hanging on.
My apologies about this long post....
Later
BtW, chose the character name for a several reasons....and also to get it out there on the character server, before it got taken...granted I've seen some creative & similarly fun names as well.

That's perfectly fine, and again--we have the Linkshell which holds most of our social conversation. It's by far the best way to get to know us, and has absolutely no requirement to joining. The FC does have our application on the site, but of course the application is used more as a filter--which holds a rough effect of what simply getting to know you (and vice-versa) will do.While registration on the site is thereby not required, we post our event plans and schedules there and have a lot of guides, a board to request assistance (since not everyone is online and ready 24/7), so forth--it's strongly recommended all the same.
We have our quiet moments and our serious times, but most of us feel that taking things too seriously is next to impossible in this environment. That said, we don't go out of our way to prevent nor harm the enjoyment of others through the plethora of antics performed by anyone in the LS/FC. While we're not an extremely loud group--we do have our moments where the chat scrolls pretty readily with things that I just have to shake my head to haha. You won't need to worry about us being a ghost town.

Ok, I'll try the linkshell then(Sometime tomorrow).
As per normal, we're still open to new friends!Still in the process of trying to record more snippets of dungeon runs for our YouTube channel, along with setting up new raid teams and introducing those to harder content who might have been apprehensive about it before for varying reasons.
