I suggest having your DPS research rotations for their classes or check to make sure their internet connections are solid so they are able to dodge things.
Not really got that kind of quality control in DF. I could try PF, but I still don't know people with that. And it makes me feel kinda icky setting too strong of a minimum level. That's all me though.
