Can some clarify something for me, what about EU account holders as there is a FanFest in London. Is there a promo code for there also? Or do NA players get early access to those tickets too?

Sorry for the late reply to this - all of what you've currently seen regarding Fan Festival ticket purchases is for the Las Vegas event. We have not announced any details regarding tickets for the London or Tokyo events at this time!
