"The Hunt" Question About Elite Marks

I have a question, do daily marks and weekly marks mean that the hunted monster will be the same daily/weekly but you can hunt them as much time as possible?
Like if you see an Elite Mark randomly and help kill it, you can see it again and kill that too for the reward.

Or is it literally that you can only spawn it once a day/week.. kill or no kill, like single maps.

you get one specifically for the day and the week. but you can kill any other you run across, the bills are for more casual players who don't have much time and players with more time can farm and look for them and get as many seals as they can get their hands on.

course there is questions of how long the respawn timers are but 1 week is highly doubtful.

That, is my favorite thing that has been announced so far. I'm so glad they finally gave us something that wasn't gated behind some silly lockout timer, even if it is kind of gated behind a timesink. It's very refreshing to be able to continuously work towards something. I can't wait for tomorrow!!!
