My only worry is that the bill will expire on me before I even see the NM.

It's not that bad, if the NM respawns after other players kill it on the first day. That is the question.

The issue here is that people will pick up the elite bill and kill the NM within about 20 minutes. But if that's it, just one spawn for 7 days.... it's gunna be rough for most players to fulfill that bill.
