I personally prefer the apartment system of pso2/eq2 where you just go to a door and it opens up to a number of different apartments/houses . And if you lapse in your rent you just get locked out of your house until you pay it.

That way you're fine if say, your gaming pc fails and you cant afford replacement parts for a couple of months.

Yeah, EQ2's housing system was ideal. The 35-day restriction placed on this game is making it so I won't bother with getting a FC house. If that means missing out on all the activities which require FC housing, then so be it - that just means I'll get bored that much quicker and move on to another game, and SE will lose out on years of subscription fees from me.

I honestly think it should be something like 9 months so the housing districts stay full. The last thing we want is barren housing.

Imagine if this were anything else in the game. Don't use an item for 35 days, removed from your inventory because 'you don't need it'. Didn't play your Dragoon for 35days, back to level 1 you go because 'you don't need it'. Those were some nice minions, too bad you didn't use them for 35 days...

Those examples are completely different. None of those things are affecting other players, while dead FC's holding one of the limited plots on the servers do.

Thing is this is a FC house, which is suppose to be a group of people. So say none of these people can check on the house at least once in the last 35 days... then something is up. If a single person asked people to join a FC so they could buy a personal house of their own, well that is their own issue...

Since summer in our country - bad time, all few fc members including me left town for more cooler place. Inet here is totally shit, and any mmo unplayable. So... all subscription withdrawed for 3 month.
Do i need pay to not lost house or square decided remove this rule?

And why is that?

Is there something wrong with a consumer voting with their wallet? It is the only thing they actually care about at the end of the day, if people start to exodus the game citing this as the reason wouldn't you think twice about how great the choice to continue to keep it in the game? Consumers vote with their wallets it's the best way to get your point across that the developer has failed to meet their expectations.

I'm still unsure why people think that they aren't allowed to say that they would want the game to play exactly how they want it to. It's a hell of alot more honest than when most people with suggestions about gameplay balance try and smokescreen their desires as some sort of illusionary group of people who may/may not actually agree with them.

Frankly, if I have to start an FC anew, will surely NOT go to a server with all its housing full. Full of ghost houses, then. Creepy.
