The Wolf Marks look to be there so that you could trade in "The Fury's Anthem" (the old PvP skill reset item) to recoup the Wolf Marks spent on it.

Gotta feel for those who've been grinding out PVP for that gear. Everyone level sync'd and materia/morale now to be ignored not only front lines, but wolves den also. So all its good for now is vanity.

It's not a 1.0 item, its an item that was being used until recently which would reset your ability points. Now its free to do so.

Ps4 new players "/ ok so no they wont ilvl sync normal pvp, they would have said they made changes to it. They are adding new instances so people can 4v4 wolfsden and not have to worry about long match making, but the normal pvp 4v4light party and level 50 3 or less party q will still stay the same
