    It's seems Primal and Aether data centers are the only two that are effected. Unfortunately since today is a holiday here in the states, I doubt we will get any support anytime soon.

    We should get a answer though. For some people the character locked out might be the only one they have. Luckily it seems only people with alts are being locked out. I have a character that's been in Castrum Meridianum since midnight. If that's not a flag as to something is wrong I don't know what is. Some people have to pay their bill soon as well. Having a locked out character with a upcoming payment and no answer from the gms is grounds for service cancelation.
