    Doubt myth will be removed. We already know myth gear is being moved to the hunt rewards. Myth will always be around for relics.
    2.4 dungeons will most likely be added to expert along with 2.3's
    No different than doing AK or WP with i90+ gear. The mobs don't stand a chance. It's hilarious how fast people with high allagan weapons can kill Brayflox HM trash and bosses.

    I personally wouldn't want old content having level syncs. I think it's fun to be so powerful you obliterate everything.

    From what I see, the whole iLevel fiesta started from FFXI when Seekers of Adoulin released. When XI raised weapon/gear's iLevel, ARR usually follows on later patches.

    So... I'm guessing when XI decide to raise their iLevel as more Adoulin content released, we can expect ARR to follow suit.

    Actually no? If they introduce a new tomestone, Soldiery will become the new Myth and Myth will stop being used. It's what they did with Philosophy when 2.2 hit.

    Were there some jobs that were better than others? Yes. Dragoon, for example, was severely lacking. We aren't talking about jobs. We are talking about stats. The stat system in FFXI worked just fine. All of the stats played a part and before they raised the level cap, there was no one stat that everybody had to stack. People had a lot more freedom to decide what kind of stat allocation they wanted and still perform just fine. There is no choice in FFXIV. Your weapon damage and main stat are all that matter. You may think that 500 crit rating you have is raising your dps by a sooo much, but in reality, your damage is exactly the same as everyone else with the same ilvl.

    I know how stats work in ARR, thanks. But, no, XI was not balanced.

    I don't have a problem as long as they add an iLvl sync. Especially since 2.4 will also be coming with a removed lockout and the Echo for BCoB2, if 2.2 was any indication.

    both MMO, and in fact... the "Final Fantasy" brand, are belongs to SE. How can you know there's no relations?

    Sure, each supposedly got their own teams. But who knows if there's employees assigned on both?

    Plus, there's lots of XI asset being reused in ARR, like mobs or even beast tribes, with the same-exact textures. And IMO, if you really play XI, you should've realized there's "really" alot of assets reused in ARR. It kinda already makes me think that Vana'diel and Eorzea shares same universe (which some other ppl claims not).

    And the fact that XI introduced iLevel 1st, then got implemented in XIV-ARR not long after?

    I ask you this again: which part's not related? lmao

    uh no, just because it happened with philosophy isn't proof that it will again with mythology.

    Yoshida already said that mythology won't be removed come 2.4
