    Implementing any kind of punishment is just going to make people stop playing as those jobs, or through the Dutyfinder.

    I dont play as my Paladin most of the time, it's my best geared job, but it's frustrating and stressful. If my rewards would be better than say, queueing up on my BLM, i would go Paladin. But not if i cannot leave if i get an absolute fail group that either;

    - doesn't have the power to make it through the dungeon.
    - doesn't have the intelligence or the patience to follow basic strategy.
    - is rude and abusive, shouting at you for every little mistake.
    - i have to hold the hand of someone who doesnt even want to put in any effort at all.

    I have no problems doing a dungeon i dont prefer. Infact, i prefer most dungeons that -arent- mythflox on PLD. And i certainly dont mind helping people who are new to a dungeon, dont get me wrong, especially if they are willing to learn and listen. But if i dont like my current group after all that, the 30 minute (now unavoidable) lockout is more than enough punishment. It might even be too much of a punishment already, but it's enough.

    If you make it so that people arent allowed to leave, other problems will pop up. People will become rude or abusive, hoping they will get kicked (once the dungeon timer allows for this), which will leave you with the same empty slot as before, only now everyone is pissed off and you had to wait even longer. People will AFK to get kicked. People will go offline to get kicked. People will troll the entire way wiping people hoping they get kicked.

    Seriously, implementing any kind of punishment with our community will only make this WORSE.
