Play FF14 ARR on both PS4 and PC

Same deal. Buy a PS4 copy and register it to the same SE account you have for PC and you can play on either. Not both PC and PS4 simultaneously (need separate two SE accounts, i.e. 2 subscriptions in order to do that).

Another question (It's still downloading on ps4 so can't test yet):
From what I've read on other topics, to have same account for both, it's better to link the psn to se account through the ps4 itself instead of trying on computer, right?

That's the only way. The key thing is, pay attention to the screen. MAKE SURE TO USE EXISTING SQUARE-ENIX ACCOUNT. Also, once your PSN is linked to SE, it is tied.
