Well, you can't get practice if there are not many ways to get practice. about 90% of end game raids have "experienced only" requirement, and when the few the are practice they will have unrealistic ilvls.

this what DF is for, and yea i know dps time are inconceivable i had the luck of waiting for titan ex anywhere drom 40-125 mins for a straight two weeks till i got my first clear now i can do the fight with my eyes closed and my remoted shut off. DF is where you get your experience.

Pretty much everyone arguing in favour of lying keeps saying this. There is nothing to stop you forming your own practice party is there.

Especially on Balmung, his server there's NO excuse for lying. Up until Scob all the content is puggable provided everybody in the party is honest about their experience levels.

I just check for achievements if we need a rep. Don't have it, you don't get in. Blocked? Unblock them then. There are 7 others who want a fast clear, we're not interested in making a learning party, not till the lockouts are removed. To us, gear/wins > you at the current moment. Deal with it. (And if you say you have a win, and you don't, I just blacklist you and move on. Plenty of other people who can take your place)

Except the simple factors of:

1. Many have a static and thus can't help out if they wanted to help, i.e helping inexperienced people while showing em the ropes.
2. Forming practice parties hardly fills up for t6-9 because those are HEAVY progression at this point in time, therefore a lot of people would rather try to sneak into groups and get carried.

It's a big twist to say someone is in favor of lying by saying if you want a bigger pool of experienced only players to help them get experience. It's pretty common sense, more people out there with experience, more people with experience to join your "experienced only" runs and less sneak ins. Why do you think people sneak in to begin with?

In the long run, it's not hard making a practice party just like it's not hard to join it and teach people and eventually get the win. A lot of FCs, despite popular belief, end up breaking down into certain groups and usually progress through Coil 2 after reset which leaves those not in said groups stuck and maybe not even getting any experience, so until this is added to the DF, people don't always lie about experience, but there is reasons some may not have the win, just like asking people to link a T5 weapon/item.

What if they simply didn't get the drop they were looking for yet? You can watch videos and whatnot and that still technically counts as experienced

Turn 6 = fun
Turn 8 = fun
Turn 9 = looks fun (static's still learning this one)
Turn 7 = makes me want to punch a puppy and whoever thought implementing this turn was a good idea....

Titan's level of unforgiving I can live with, but T7's? That's where I draw the line of sanity
This is the one fight that I guarantee I will NEVER do without my static even once lockouts are removed. Echo better have petrification resistance added to it

Cept that Doesn't count especially NOT in anything higher than turn 4. I see these players who only watch a video and they get DESTROYED by the mechanics. And if they don't, they usually wipe the party by poor dps, poor tanking and poor healing because they have their hands full trying to translate guide experience into real experience. Even the maker of video guides mr happy will agree with me, you can watch all the guides in the world but until you experience the fight, that guide "exp" as you call it is worthless. Mr happy for example even says that in one of his guides, I believe its turn 6.

we are talking about scob right? if so I don't quite recall it being on the df. I'm talking about stuff that isn't on df such as scob, otherwise I wouldn't have said anything.

I am not in favour of lying, I just understand where the people who do are coming from and their frustrations. and I am talking about pf only raids, which practice or not they tend to end up be kill groups with tolerance for errors.
