dishonest people on the internet? the nerve! But yeah, I feel ya OP but it's the state of the game we've all created. The "Catch 22" as has been mentioned. That said, I see learning parties all the time in PF. People should just set those up and if "more learned" than another, set a phase requirement. Lying about the phase you've gotten to isn't great but it's not as bad as lying about completion.

This is a multiplayer game and someone lying about knowing what they are doing when they don't just to "experience" the fight is just selfish and inconsiderate as you are wasting others time in hope of getting a free carry.
Hence why people need to at least attempt to want to help new people learn, that way you have a bigger pool of "experienced only." It's like asking for people with Experience only when we go into Hullbreaker Isle for the first time.

I don't understand where this "Catch 22" idea is coming from. You make it sound like the player has no options. They're too skilled for (or just plain sick of) learning parties, but they don't have the clear so they can't join the farm parties. This is what PROGRESSION parties are for. For people who have experience getting past the first few phases and think they can win with a good group, but don't have the clear yet or haven't seen the last phase of the fight.

So you start with the learning parties to get your feet wet and see what the first few phases look like. Then you join progression parties to practice the last few phases and get a few wins under your belt. Then you're ready for the farm parties. It's not that hard.

You're lying to me if you said you won this battle and you get the achievement at the end of the battle. About this point and as a personal experience, I had flawless T5 farm parties where at the end of the fight the achievement of a first timer pops. I don't really care about this point, yet, it's still a lie. Now, you're lying to me when you say you're experienced and still fail in every single mechanic. I do notice that.

Another reason why you shouldn't lie to statics is statics particularly successful ones have connections. You do it often enough and they'll spread the word about you pretty quickly. And you'll find getting into statics and endgame fc's even harder, particularly if your on a small server. So lie at your own risk.

Can't do 2nd coil in PF on my server at all. Most players who aren't in static don't bother watching a video or ask questions when something confuses them.

No, there is a big difference between someone wanting to learn a fight from more experienced players and flat out lying when asked directly about their experience in hopes of being carried through. There is nothing wrong with 7 people with kill exp only wanting an 8th also with kill exp. If you want to learn the fight, join a learning group or form your own.

Well, you can't get practice if there are not many ways to get practice. about 90% of end game raids have "experienced only" requirement, and when the few the are practice they will have unrealistic ilvls.

How exactly did you get the idea that people are ASKING for more unforgiving fights? I'm pretty certain that most players are kind of annoyed that mistakes are punished so severely. In a lot of content, mistakes can mean a wipe. In some content, mistakes GUARANTEE a wipe. It's tedious to have to play perfectly nonstop. I mean, I think the content is relatively easy, but watching the group fail because other people keep screwing up... You get tired of playing perfectly just to watch other people screw up. It's tedious. I think difficulty should be ramped down a little, or at least make it difficult without having to rely on instant kill mechanics all over the place. And hey, guess what? Lying your way into an experienced PT isn't an "easy way through". It'll just get you kicked/blacklisted. No one has time to carry you.
