With an i95 weap I'd say 340 average is fine.

Varies if you have more than 1 bard and how much foes is played.

SMN's just do more damage.

i get "decent enough dps" as bad. I want to know where to aim to be a good dps not a decent one

That is my formula for crit and speed modified potency, and I am sticking to it!

So just throw that into excel, put in your stats, and get out a number... But frankly, I dont think this will have a significant effect on the BiS lists, since we're still hamstrung by accuracy.

PS. Supposedly the max speed based reduction caps out at 10%, (GCD*0.9) so "in theory" anything more than 602 speed wont have any effect... at all.

it should be possible to reach this SSPD number (600+) with selene buff and test that

Selene seems to count as a buff, not a stat.
The max you can get from raw stats is a 2.25s GCD. THEN you add in the effects of buffs like Selene, GL, Presence of Mind, etc.

My GCD definitely lowers past 2.25 to around 2.15 when I have Selene's SS buff on me. I am also fairly certain it does act like raw stat unlike GL since it directly modifies your SS stat on your character information screen.

Yes it directly affect your SSPD stat in the character info.
I tried 722 SSPD for fun (with a SCH friend) and I got 2.13s GCD

It is possible to stack more than that, I didn't have SSPD boots in my inventory
