You'd have to be an idiot to read into this as it's not instanced and like FFXI's Dynamis. All the rep was saying was that when the instances reach their capacity there will not be a queue in place for parties waiting. It will be first come first serve for whatever amount of groups they set at cap to be instanced at one time.

Yeah, that's what I'm assuming, as well. I'm just hoping the capacity's high enough that it's never really an issue.
