The upgrade items for Soldiery i110 gear will not drop in CT2 at its launch. As far as I remember they will add those to loot tables in a following patch. Hunts, on the other hand, will offer those as rewards.

I was actually talking about sand/oil :x those won't be in CT2 at launch. As for the Unidentified Allagan Tomestone, no clue. Most likely not or it will completely remove the need for BCoB 2 in order to get a i110 weapon.

Q: What's the drop rate for the unidentified Allagan tomestone, the sands of time, and oil of time?
A: As I mentioned during the previous Letter from the Producer LIVE, they will not all be dropping at the same time. We'll add them gradually as we progress through patches. We're planning to have unidentified Allagan tomestones drop first, and the drop rate will be about 30%. We'll be making adjustments based on the clear rate of the Second Coil of Bahamut and everyone's average item level.

So yeah, I thought they said that it will drops at the beginning but the phrase isn't clear, maybe tomestones will be available at the launch of CT2, maybe later.
