    Because people couldn't wait. Did you see that Fantasia or RIOT thread? Still SMH. This was most likely the fastest method for selling the Fantasias that they could implement. Pretty much a workaround until they can code it so only one of your characters gets the item. That's when they will lift the restriction and sell it one piece at a time.
