About ffxiv Gametime Cards $60

I believe there only 3 different account regions, NA, EU, JP so yes if it says you are in "The Americas" you should be able to use NA time cards.

To expand on this, log into the SE Account Management system and click the Account Information button. After the confirmation dialogue, you should see details about your account. You will have a field for Country and Regions--your Region needs to say "The Americas".

You may also want to open your config file as well to see if it has a region code of zero (can right-click it and open with notepad).
