    no one from the ffxiv support team will help me at all

    i was doing a lvl 45 quest for dragoon called fatal seduction where i am required to kill a dragon and return. i killed the dragon but on the way back to receive my reward i was interrupted by a duty finder duty.. now the man acts as if i didn't do the quest and kill the dragon...... i try to abandon and retry the quest but the dragon will not come (because i killed it already) i have logged out for days and re tried and no change now i can not get my lvl 45 or 50 abilities or my relic quest..... I have sent many letters to the support team and they will not help me. also i called squares customer support and they said all i can do is contact the in game support on a bug glitch such as this. I am getting ready to quit the game because i am so aggravated at the level of customer service or lack there of... and the fact that they will not do what is in their power to help a paying customer.

    To be clear, are you going to the destination and interacting with the "destination" node? If so is this when the dragon refuses to appear?

    I suggest calling SE and demanding that your problem gets escalated. Mention that it isn't allowing you to progress in the game and that cancelling/quitting the game would be the only thing left to do. Remind them that you have a subscription and as time goes by you're losing money without your problem receiving any recognition from someone that can help.

    P.S. MAKE SURE they take down all the information you give them and to give you a case #.
    When your call gets escalated make sure to get the name of every important person you come across in a conversation (if you ever call again you can say you talk to "manager joe" about "case #").
    Do all this while being polite.

    yes loui i am going to the destination and the area is lit in an orange circle as it should be but the node, or icon to call the dragon is not there... i have a key item...horn....to call the dragon but the spot has to be there for me to use the horn and it is not. thank you for your advice very much appreciated but i have called already and gotten a case # but they say that an issue of this nature can only be solved by the in game support.... and over 30 messages have been sent and basically they say they can not help..... and to you fortexx... i am new to this website, did not mean to post it 3, but 2 times 1 in bug, and 1 in customer support... and I could do without your condescending and completely irrelevant question. I wanted to get my point across and this seemed a good way to do it. If you have something helpful or at all relevant to say I am open to it otherwise complain or post your useless questions somewhere else please.

    Not really condescending to point out that rules were broken (posting bug multiple times, putting a bug report in Tech Support, and I could have been more direct about it). Ive already reported the extra topics so they will be removed at some point.

    Surprisingly, some players here said that if you have loot dispute, report in game and a GM will contact you in few hours...
