1) The effect is your raid gets wiped due to inability to sufficiently control the Primal's power.
2) Your entire team gets "tempered" and cannot attack for 10 second
3) Summoner dies

If the Summoner becomes the Primal they would use mp to attack and once their mp is zero the Primal form would be banished like a regular summon.
