Personally I haven't bought either console (PS4 or XBone) because neither has shown any games that have released that I've wanted (and like hell I'll buy an XBone). I do play on the PS3, though, as well as the PC (but barely) and haven't seen any reason to stop playing on the PS3. Really, there's nothing about the PC version that entices me. You may consider consoles wasted manpower but I appreciate that they kept their word on a console release, even though it was a promise made during 1.0 by Tanaka. That speaks alot more to me than specs.

The PS4 version of this game is truly amazing and a big jump from the PS3 version.
