Delete forum account

Thank you for your reply.

I already contacted Square Enix Support Center (several times) and they told me exactly what you are telling me - that they cannot assist me with my request.

Here is one of their replies (included in my opening post):

Support: "Please note that we do not offer support for the forums and that you should seek assistance from the forum moderators for this issue. Please contact us again should you have any further issues."

It seems neither moderators nor support can do anything...

I will contact support once again and paste them your reply, but I would also like that you help me with this issue. Please either find out - who really can detach & delete forum account and get me in touch with him/ her if possible. Also I'm sure that you as a moderator and an employee are much closer to administrators or whoever could solve this issue, and you could be vital in helping me in the long run. Right now, I'm just bounced between those two departments and told that everyone is unable to do this.

Like I said, I will contact support again, but I would be very grateful if you could also investigate this matter on my behalf.

Also I would like to point out that it's the forum name that causes security issues for me. Support said they are unable to change it (but they also told me they are unable to do anything in general), but if that was not the case, or in fact a moderator could change the forum name, then deleting this account wouldn't be necessary.

I'd be grateful for any additional support/ guidance coming from you.

Anyone know if a forum ban would work for this guy? Does that cause account deletion? Maybe support could at least do that, I'm not real sure on what the goals are so I'm just guessing for something makeshift.
