Ok I just did some look up. That does use intel HD video but it is in fact older than an i3 from what I can see. Unfortunately I would not recommend putting any money into the computer, you need to replace pretty much everything in it. I'd look for a new computer or ps4. If you go for a computer considering your technical literacy limitations you've stated, just ask a sales person for something with an i7 and a non-onboard video card.

Or if money is an issue, a PS3. At about half the cost of a PS4 (or maybe less if you find a used one), it has slower load times between zones and a few HUD elements optimized away, but essentially the same gameplay as you're used to.

But they will be phasing out the PS3 version at some time in the future. There are some great PS4 bundles here in Oz at the moment - not sure if they have them where you are - so maybe save for one of those if you like console gaming. Otherwise a PC with at least a 1GB graphics card and I would go for 8GB of main memory.
