You aren't contributing to the clearing of the instance if you're afk watching cutscenes. One or two people do that you're directly hampering the other player's progression through the zone and depending on your class that could classify as harassment. So, yeah, you'd most likely be kicked in most parties I've seen in Story Roulette.

Surely I read this wrong. If someone told you that watching cutscenes in an instance, as the instance was intended, is considered harassment then they have most assuredly steered you wrong and are setting you up for failure when a GM investigates the reason for the votekick. :-\
