Keep the food buff up all the time. If you don't care about the stats just cart around a ton or so of boiled eggs from one of the NPC culinarians.

I just do the lv 44 dungeon. Basically you pull everything on the 1st floor of the that dungeon into the 1st room and spam AoE's. Then when they are all down leave the duty and do it again. Its 50k exp. per go and only (should) take 3-5mins. This can be done with one healer and three dps or just a regular group. You can also farm Lv 47 dungeon this way. Down side is you have to make your own party to do this.
This is just my way of lving. but until you get to lv44 to do this. I would suggest doing what others. have listed. Dailies, leve's, ect.
The best way to level up is the one you may enjoy the most. Now and always.
English is not my mother language. I'm trying to do my best, so please don't be rude...

It's instead of the myth reward. You get myth tomes if you do it as a level 50 or you get a huge XP boost if you do it as a sub-50 job. Personally I always make use of it to level an alt job every day as the myth can be easily farmed in other ways.
Actually the exp you get at the end isn't decided by RNG the game will give you more end reward exp if you're doing a much lower level dungeon, I would assume this is because the monsters give less exp than the higher level oneJust low level Roulette. Example, you are lv35, you queue for low level roulette you got placed in satasha. Upon completetion. You a msg that you get extra exp for doing a low level dungeon.
Only once per day, and also quite rng. The higher your lv the chances get better. Highest I ever got is 165800exp as a lv44 doing a low lv roluette and got placed in tam tam deepcoft, I would love if the primals were removed from the low level duty roulette for this reason, it is a very fast way to get 100k exp as a chunk but you miss out a lot of monster exp :/

They tried to make the bonus from doing a low level roulette close to the experience you would get from running a dungeon at your level by queuing for it manually. It's their way of making leveling in dungeons faster by not having everyone queued for a specific dungeon and no one getting groups.
Oh and as far as I know they didn't nerf fate experience. They just enhanced dungeon experience to make it equal to or better than fate experience.

Doing low lvl roulette for the first time each day is nearly enough to get a full level, after that its the highest dungeon you can do. Tanks and healers get near instant queues, dps can fill in the wait with fates/quests/logs. At 44 Dzemael can do the first big pull to the boss for good xp over and over, but these groups tend to want only AOE dps. At 47 doing the first room of Aurum Vale is great exp as well, I dont know if these always want aoe though, I've only done it once as tank and we pulled one group at a time.
With how easy it is to level, I wonder why they don't just start everyone at level 50 with all the skills, since that's where they say Please Look Forward To It the most. It's not like anyone bothers reading the skills or using them in a rotation! And people hate playing, er grinding so much that they ask for info on how to make the misery of leveling pass by the fastest anyways.
lol jk...
Really.... jk
