Out of curiosity I just timed the cs's from both. Not counting the final cs from CM (because you don't have to wait around for people to watch those), the total time is 7:04 not skipping any of Livia's or Cid's dialogue. Prae on the other hand is a whole other kettle of fish. I'm surprised Cid doesn't tell you how to wipe your butt in those cs's. Total time, ignoring the last scene, and allowing the voice actors to deliver their oscar worthy performances... 23:38.

Of course I don't assume that everyone reads at the same pace lol.

It was done out of interest because people (myself included) have been saying 'x takes this long and y takes this long' and I wanted to know how long the cs's generally take in total. If you would like to sit and time them, reading at what you believe is an average speed knock yourself out. As a point of reference, the average adult silently reads approximately 200 to 250 words per minute.
