...Yeah. sounds to me he's confusing bots with those poor people who lost their souls to the atma / novus grinds.

Or he's identifying people who have sold their souls to botting because of the atma/novus grind. I know the thought of botting didn't really cross my mind until the RNG fate-fest. It would also explain why totally legit seeming accounts are botting now. And like KidVideo said: A simple google search will list a few very simple to use combat/fate bots (that are also capable of DoH/DoL). Just look for yourself. I'd do a LMGTFY but i'm pretty sure linking to any website that promotes 3rd party tools is against the TOS.

So maybe Square Enix should be dealing with the cause, and not the effect. If that many people feel the need to resort to using bots because of atma farming, maybe that's what people need to complain about.
