You are trying to justify it with your own personal experience. Your group doesn't represent how people feel about it as a whole. Its ironic you say that last sentence, the point of the main scenario roulette is to help the newer players, but you are rushing everything and ruining their experience, the opposite of the purpose. When you let fate decide your type of group you either accept the randomization or you don't. In random groups you can get good players, bad players, impolite and impatient players. You get all walks of life because that is randomization; everything is a chance. If you want to do something such as a speed run or whatever run you feel like it like EXP run(s) then obviously make your own group with your own conditions.

Sounds like if you followed your own suggestion, you'd be fine and have a much better experience. Just find people who want to watch the scenes with you.

So maintaining a cool demeanour this time and expanding on my prevous post:
I can't believe people can't spare 10~ minutes of their lives to let people watch some cutscenes. It's depressing people get worked up to the point they want to kick people for it. It's a very poor reflection of the community that some of our most heated threads are this subject (still).
If yo have time to run DR for myth, you have time to let people watch cutscenes. Simple as.

Its a no win scenario other than to just group and play with like minded people, otherwise, just accept the fact that out of 8 or 24 people in a random raid group, not everyone is going to agree with what you personally want to do.

The point of roulette for those seven people is to get 100 Myth. What SE really needs to do is just remove Myth rewards from the MS roulette. That should take care of this issue very nicely.
