You are trying to justify it with your own personal experience. Your group doesn't represent how people feel about it as a whole. Its ironic you say that last sentence, the point of the main scenario roulette is to help the newer players, but you are rushing everything and ruining their experience, the opposite of the purpose. So, no sense of self-importance on your end? Okay.
The thing is, its 7 to 1 in favor of not watching cutscenes. I'm not 1 person holding back 7.You are trying to justify it with your own personal experience. Which you show as well thinking 1 is more important than the other 7.......
Its a no win scenario other than to just group and play with like minded people, otherwise, just accept the fact that out of 8 or 24 people in a random raid group, not everyone is going to agree with what you personally want to do.
Life is like that, better get used to it.
The point of roulette for those seven people is to get 100 Myth. What SE really needs to do is just remove Myth rewards from the MS roulette. That should take care of this issue very nicely.
Then you've removed a Myth stream when there arguably aren't enough already and no one will ever run Main Story missions.
I think this would be true. I have seen new players struggle badly without the guidance of more experienced players. I would have sacrificed a cs to get through the dungeon smoothly when I first ran it, though I do not agree with being kicked from the group for it. But once this poster starts the end game grind, and sees prae and cm, daily.. They may be able empathize with a party's patience wearing thin. Not because of noobs, but because of this roulette in general.

Likely scenario that is not the case unless those 7 all queued together. We know the reality is you can't convince every person. More of the point of my post is knowing why it exists to begin with. Rather if you believe you can justify it or not, you are in fact defeating the purpose of the option, rather if it is one person or seven people who want to watch the cutscenes.Which you show as well thinking 1 is more important than the other 7.......

I sometimes ask myself if the queues for the last dungeons are bad enough that we needed to make a Main Scenario Roulette to begin with.
Then no one would ever do it and new players would never get the main story quests done. You never saw the post of someone waiting like 8 hours to try and do Westwind before 2.2 or whenever SE moved roulete groups around.
