    Wait, what this about removing titan ex? I haven't beaten him yet, though I've. Only tried 3 times so far. But it's a fun fight. Are they just doing it so people can advance? Or?

    They do so because there are about as much people locked before titan than before T5 : around 90-95%. And seeing how echo is utterly useless for titan, they make the following fights non-compulsory because noone would be able to see their new awesome fights

    You need to beat Leviathan EX to do Ramuh EX. You need to beat Titan EX to do Leviathan EX, so indirectly Titan EX is still a requirement to Ramuh EX.

    that's false. Levi Ex will be freed of any requirement besides beating levi HM in 2.3
