It takes 22, and I'm on 32, and didn't you just say that Novus wasn't "hardcore" so why "boast" at all? You're a clown, the shield is a relic too otherwise I wouldn't have gotten "A star is Born" (the achievement for getting a novus relic). Sounds like you're just a hater.....
