While they would not explicitly disagree, an Ul'dahn would be more concerned about how the loss of independant thought and judgement inhibits innovation and thus the growth of the economy.
A Gridanian sees this indoctrination as a threat that may bring civil war.
Each for their own reasons, they see the tempering as a problem.
