I am entering The Praetorium for the first time and I am starting to watch my cutscenes. One person states "Please do not watch the cutscenes". I ignore him. Then towards the end I get kicked out because I am still watching my cutscenes. I am a paying customer and I will not be forced to skip my paying content period.

I posted the same thing a few days ago, but instead of support, I get snarky comments and attacks. Instead of 70 likes I got 17. I guess I need to be less constructive and use more caps and bold lettering next time I bring an issue up.

Buff, you have got to remember that most players on FF14 are elitist coming from other games that went too casual for them since they want to feel better than other people which clearly they are not. If you state one thing they goes against their believe that they are a better player than you because of their elitist attitude with any form of feedback, you will most likely get trolled because these same players feel good about trying to lower your positive attitude to their negative one.
