I support the idea. And apparently echo should have improved.
I don't understand why some people will concern something like "oh you echo win T5, you cant alive in T6"
Should I concern oh you i100 win WP, you cant alive in BF. ^^?
If I can generalize a little... or maybe a lot:
Think about 2 groups of players: One is the very involved players. They have the time to practice over and over, voice chat with key points called before they happen, battle videos to analyze, decent game rigs, and band together to make steady groups. Other group is the new/casual crowd. They have the bare minimum to play the game, and little or none of the above.
The content that satisfies the one group won't work for the other. They're too far apart. It seems like SE is taking the approach where old content for the top players becomes new content for casuals (ref. Echo and other nerfs). The topic here is just suggesting different details for that - further nerf essentially. Sliding certain things lower down the difficulty spectrum.
It isn't a totally bad idea I don't think, but who's to say we need more content shifted from the mid-tier to the casual camp? There isn't a goal distribution like X% of this, Y% of that which I've ever heard. Maybe it's already exactly the way it should be.
As a side topic, the relic weapon quest seems to be made very casual-friendly. Only thing you need is a lot of time. Have played other games where this sort of thing was a much bigger player, and that was bad.

Except those people CAN do WP in ilvl55, ilvl100 just made it easier.
So the correct comparison would be if they can down T5 without Echo anyway, they can make it easier with the Echo buff.
If group cannot get through WP/AK in ilvl 55/60 then yeah I won't be surprised they cannot do Pharo.
It's a good statement. Thanks for the idea.
Anyway I just want more players can access cob2 regardless they can win or not,
IMO old content was old just nerf it as it doesn't worth the same difficulity as before due to increasment of iLV (the loot was nerfed passively).
Same difficulty? What? You have 15% more HP, 15% more damage, 15% more healing with the increased item level. How is that the same difficulty? If you're decked out in i90 and i100 gears and still can't beat turn 5, the problem is your execution.
Should SE present you with a "I win" button for everything in-game but the latest content so you can create a character, click, click, click and be at Second Coil? If that happens, why do you even care about SCOB when you can wait 6 months and click the same button to go to Third Coil?
