Veteran Reward Not Delivered?

Hello! I did a bit of digging and either nothing has been mentioned online about this or I'm just derp. I recently was resubbed for 180 days, which brought me to 450 total. According to the rewards system, this qualifies me for T7, and even on MogStation it shows I'm at T7. I received the mog-letter in game that had the T6 rewards no problem, but have not gotten one that contains the Goblin Mask/Minion. Long story short!

Have those items yet to actually go out to anyone and it's on MogStation to let people know it's coming, was there an error with my box, or was it a glitch that the game decided having both a wind up Goblin AND Odin in my box was too awesome to handle?

Also worth noting is my alt character on the same account never got it either.

The Tier 7 rewards including the gobbie minion and mask are currently not released yet. I would assume they will come out in 2.3 perhaps

Alright, thank you. Like I said, didn't find anything when I searched that stated that. Unless there is any information anyone has that is contrary to Vespers response, requesting thread be moved to working as intended.

Sorry for the delay in responding to this, but Vespar is correct. The 450-day Veteran Reward items (Goblin Cap and Wind-up Goblin) will be delivered alongside the release of patch 2.3!

I'm not even sure how you hit 450 at this point. I subbed 2x 180 from launch, and have Veteran rank 6, but my next charge won't hit til October. I changed it to 90 days bu that doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't know how to set up my account to actually obtain rewards when they are released.

If they registered w/ a 90 day subscription and then swapped it to 180 day, then it would put them at 450 days (90+180+180) at the 9 month mark (3 months + 6 months).

What you have is the case where your subscription won't lapse till the 1 year mark (6 months + 6 months) but when it does then you can reach the 540 day (possible rank 8 if available) mark before anyone else.

So you think I should leave at 90-day to hit in October, or change back to 180? Also I think running against me is the free-30 days I got when I added PS3 collector to my Legacy PC account at launch.

the 180 day subscription will always give you the highest tier reward once it lapses (assuming SE created a new tier of rewards). The only problem is that the lapse does not always happen with the release of a new tier since the tier system has been increasing for every 90 days.

3 choices: (assuming there exists a new rank for every 3 months of a subscription)
1. You stay on the 180 day sub at this point. It will get you rank 7 and 8 in October and rank 9 and 10 in April. Going forward, you will always wait an extra 3 months for every odd number rank but get the even number rank as soon as possible.
2. You take a 90 day sub and swap back to 180 days after that. This will get you rank 7 in October, rank 8 and 9 in January, and 10 and 11 in July. Going forward, you will always wait an extra 3 months for every even number rank but get the Odd number rank as soon as possible.
3. Sub for 90 days, this will always give you a new rank for every 3 months but you will receive it 3 months after some players already have it in game.

I would say to just stick with the 180 day sub for what ever category (option 1 or 2) you are already in since this will guarantee you to receive every other tier at the earliest. It's not possible to get every single rank as soon as it comes out unless SE either changes the way subscriptions work or change the frequency of how often these tiers are given out.
