Or the Ridorana Pharos.
Or the Ridorana Pharos.
Bigg and Wedge adventure raids.
Beast Tribe raids.
Or a Raid with Final Fantasy Characters, Dissidia Likewise. . . :O
Well we will see what new Raid they will release once CT Storyline is over (Most likely in Crystal Tower Raid 3 since Xande is the final boss for CT Raid 2)
Though it is also possible for this place to end up as the new Endgame Dungeon once Coil storyline ends since Coil 1 revealed that there are only 2 coils left after Coil 1 and we have Coil 2 already. This means it is possible Coil 3 will be the last Coil and a new Endgame dungeon will be released to succeed Coil.
Yep. My understanding is that both Coil3 and CT3 will be it for those two. So who knows what the expansion will bring. The reason I brought up Kefka's towerWell we will see what new Raid they will release once CT Storyline is over (Most likely in Crystal Tower Raid 3 since Xande is the final boss for CT Raid 2)

is because the expansion is based off of a "1,000 year war", which was also a theme in FF6. Obviously this is a stretch, but you never know? Lol
Ive also had the thought (since they mentioned exploring new areas in 2.3) Of finding the site where ultima weapon was dug up in alah mingo, and stumbling across the other weapons (diamond, emerald, ruby ect) culminating in an Omega Weapon fight, who instead of having primal abilities, has the abilities of the weapons you just faced.
Well here a thought. What if the Endgame raid that replaces CT or Coil is the Ruins of the Allagan Civillization's Capital city.Ive also had the thought (since they mentioned exploring new areas in 2.3) Of finding the site where ultima weapon was dug up in alah mingo, and stumbling across the other weapons (diamond, emerald, ruby ect) culminating in an Omega Weapon fight, who instead of having primal abilities, has the abilities of the weapons you just faced.
I mean if we were to explore the remains of the capital of the Allagans there could be far more dangerous things burried there that manage to survive the destruction of their civilization.
It would be interesting if the Allagan' capital city is called Zanarkand and the final boss for that storyline is the Final Aeon
ah but that asking a bit too much because that would require expanding on the Allagan's Summoners Lore, with the Final Aeon being the Last Surviving Summoner of the Allagans, and other powerful weapons they created to fight the Primals.

With rng as bad as it is in this game it'll take us forever to get to the 70th floor using the elevator lol
on topic: I would like to see a nod to the Star Ocean series, specifically SO2 Cave of Trials. Those who went there know exactly what I mean and how a good end-game dungeon should be, hard puzzles and even harder enemies and bosses on every floor with ultimate armors and weapon and mats as your rewards and loot. Plus a certain old "jolly" fellow is there to sell you rare mats once you got the the 6th floor. For those of you who don't know the floors I'll break it down to you.
1. Standard run to boss maze.
2. Love riddle involving moving statues.
3. Room riddle involving entering rooms in certain order. (note* this boss can ohko you)
4. Invisible wall puzzle involving hidden rooms and switches.
5. Gimmick boss fight making him unbeatable w/o a certain item (all dmg is 1)
6. Rare spawn among weak enemies that can wipe your party. Also that "jolly" fellow randomly spawns here.
7. Rare spawn from previous level now the normal enemies.
8. Food God. Feed him certain foods to trigger the boss. (note* boss eats you potentially ohko)
9. Sealed boss. Requires you to go to floor 11 to activate. Bosses from 1-3 are normal enemies.
10. Puzzle maze. Choose one path and hope its the right one. Dangerous environment.
11. Powerful dragon boss.
12. Powerful flying boss.
13. Ultimate boss.

Not my idea but remember Lufia on snes the deep dungeon that had iris treasure.
Something like that, every 10 floors have a repair npc, as you progress monsters get stronger, till you reach the end where there is 1 big boss.
if you die on the boss, the run is over and you have to go through it again.
you go in nude also and lay down a lot of treasure boxes, blue treasure you get to keep and the regular treasures you don't but only if you defeat the end boss, you get level 1 weapons and start at level 1 and exp is higher in there by the time you reach level 50 and find treasure to gear all of you up and it would take teamwork so everyone has gear for the end.
