The roulette exists to fill dungeons for newbies whenever they exist and the bonus is to incentivise people to run them. The one guy in your party who queued for that duty directly thanks you.The purpose of roulettes are to help newbies/lowbies with their lower content, while rewarding you for it (expert and high level ones apart, because they're there so people do different dungeons and get bonus rewarded for it instead of spamming bray-nkiller) with items you need in your end-game play. If most of players would keep their roulette entries for the last days of the week to cap tokens, all the people that need trials, dungeons and guildhests for story purposes or leveling up, would be in hours of queues during the week.
