    My thoughs about game after one month of playing. (in short what i didn't liked)

    Hello guys,
    most of you probably won't care what i think about the game, especially if i plan to post some rants

    Quests
    =====
    I don't mind doing everything that also other MMORPG games have in regards to quests.
    But tell me, if i'm nearly hitting next level and i take a quest, why same quests when done need a level higher to finish it? it doesn't make sense and i needed to look then elsewhere to finish the level so i could level up. This is the only game which does that.

    At level 45 i started to do dragoon chain quest to get black dragon armor.
    Ok, i got four pieces (or three), expecting that last part will be chest armor.
    Which indeed it is, but for some reason chest armor is for level 50, why? now i'm standing with nearly complete set but with my current shirt - like green armor.
    I would rather have one piece per level, then four at once and last piece five levels later.

    Last thing, if i'm on mount, why can't i accept or finish quest?
    One thing that come to my mind is that it could block NPC quest giver if were too many people at him, so you could not target it. Why not just add option to demount when you want to finish / start the quest?

    Crafting
    ======
    If i'm doing crafting quests, can't just game automatically switch to profession on which i need to craft a item?

    Latency
    ======
    This is not rant, but how server client works, i can't imagine doing some tough raids, as on my side i'm moving in time, but in reality i'm not at all. As i read somewhere on forum, it's nothing i can fix on my side.

    Longer game loading
    ===============
    I didn't exactly counted it, but if i set the game to 30fps then it load everything slower then when i set it to 60fps. I have seen that also in some other game, but i remember it was later fixed. So basically if i disable vertical sync, it should load everything faster.
    Don't have it confirmed, so don't take it as rant. (i'm running game on SSD by the way)

    I understand that PS3 have low RAM, so they need to split maps in smaller parts, but can't they change it for PC version, that more of maps would be loaded at once? Seeing that game mostly take only 650MB of RAM.

    Invisible walls
    ==========
    Alot of places have invisible walls, so sometimes even if you want to take shortcut, you just can't.

    Summary = no serious issues, except for that latency.

    Will come back later, most probably when Wildstar free month expire.

    I don't really understand the first issue. Could you please clarify?

    When turning in Supply/Provision missions for your GC, it does automatically apply the experience to the corresponding crafting/gathering class for the turn-in item, regardless of which class you are when you turn it in, and I think (though I'm not positive) that crafting and fishing leve turn-ins work the same way.

    If you need to actually be a certain class for a quest, it can't change your class automatically because changing class is a matter of what gear you have equipped (specifically your weapon/tool, and where applicable, job stone), and it wouldn't know which gear you want to equip if you don't tell it. A person can have more than one tool and more than one gear set for a given class.

    They also want the PC version to be compatible with low-end PCs (which are roughly on-par with PS3 anyway).

    Oh, I agree with you, though, about quests that let you start them when you're not at the level needed to finish them. Those are annoying.

    I absolutely adore this game, but I will agree on his first point. I don't believe it is universal, but there are areas in the game like Aleport and Camp Drybone where you can get a quest below the level it is intended, complete it, but cannot turn it in until you are of the level of the quest. It makes sense. But you should not be able to obtain a quest that you cannot turn in to complete until the appropriate level. It's been like that for as long as I can remember, but doesn't mean I like it.

    .
    That would make sense if i didn't had saved all classes with equipped gear, which i did. (none of stuff is missing, i have it all)

    Problem is though, what does it do if you have two item sets for a class, like one for serious play and one for spiritbinding?

    I like this game so far. (Only been playing for a few days)
    Only problems I have with it:
    1)Invisible walls are annoying
    2)GCD feels way too long
    3)Targeting is awkward
    4) Whispers every 10 seconds from gold sellers
