    seriously guys. Ypou do NOT want them to nerf teleportinbg if you do. I suggest play ffxi and never outpost warp. SEe what happens when joining groups lol.

    The system is fine. I would just add less Aeth crystals and more Aeth gates. Some Aeth crystals are fine but some are close to each other and underground.

    Then add chocobos near "some" Aeth crystals.

    Like 3 Chocobo rent locations by Aeth crystals on each zone. Then add chocobo rents at city zones and towns.

    limit riding times to like 15-30mins & distenace by steps. Like once your chocobo has done 5000 steps you auto-dismount.

    Like I said, it's debatable (that's why we're here, right?).
    And with emergencies I meant situations like you mentioned above.
    Like being almost too late for an LS appointment/ raid.

    Other than that we don't need it. Once the server (hopefully) fill with more people, we should be fine economy and party-wise.

    I love how people do not think ahead on this thread.
    Honestly traveling should be convientant. More so after you seen everything in each zone. But more importently this is an mmo not a single player game. When you group up with other people, your weasting their time if you take long to get to their location.

    SE added the system in now due to the out post warping being well enjoyed.

    once people start leveling in groups like killing mobs and doing quests. Your gonna want all the fast travel you want to meximise the amount of exp/sp you get during your play time. And not everyone will play the same amount of time. Which is something you need to consider.
    in mmo it isn't just about you. it is about the community. People get peeved if you waste their time because of the limited travel options which causes long waits for people.

    you really do not get it do ya lol. it isn't the amount of ppl. It will be how long they take. You can't just have the feature work when you feel it is needed. It needs to be open. If you never played ffxi before the outpost warping just before there were mages who can warp and teleport. Or around the white mage strike, Then do not talk.

    It was a pain to party back then because of people taking log to get to camps. remember people are not gonna camp at the crystals. They will camp in the middle of no where that you still gotta walk/choco to.

    SE can put lore behind anything to justify any feature but that doesn't mean should stay in the game. There could be lore that most races only have 4 hairstyles beacuse they all did their hair together but that doesn't make our limited options any better.

    You said it was a bug test thing. Anima being a slow recharging price for teleporting should be changed. But the teleporting we use anima should npt be taken out or restrickted. If you guys want that you do not see the bigger picture on why it is in the game in the first place.

    I can safely say no one here played ffxi pre outpost warps and are lying if they claim they did. ffxi was such a pain to get parties going at times because of how long it took people to gather up.

    And no one should be forced to rely on another player for travel. mages in ffxi used to take 500gil a teleport. now you can't get one even at 10Kgil. If you find a person who does it free your lucky.

    You have all successfully taken this thread to fail lengths. Traveling is part of any fantasy adventure game.. While SE is at it why don't they just give me the best weapon in the game every time it comes out.. so I'm not inconvenienced by having to earn it.. because earning is stupid compared to getting shit handed to me. Nobody is asking for teleportation to be removed.. we are simply stating its too convenient. people are going to get BORED with this game and how easy it is to get things done... because its all going to be DONE. Leave 100 anima in the game.. but make us quest to get 100 anima... why hand everything over? Oh and when i get the best weapon in the game SE.. please also give me armor that makes me invincible because being killed is inconvenient and my party members don't like it :/.

    IMO i think asking me to spend time to level up to rank 50 is a huge inconvenience so we should all be made rank 50 right off the bat.. so we don't have to waste time grinding.. because that would ruin my adventure. And at the beginning I should be able to type in a game genie code that just gives me everything so i can just zoom through the game and ruin everything in my way... because finding all those items on my own would be an inconvenience.. questing for anything or having to endure the environment to get to the quest even... instead of just 2 second warping all over the map... would be an inconvenience. Howabout just getting rid of all of the zones so there is no where to walk anyway? the came come be completely text base except for the boss fights.. THAT would be cool and convenient!

    oh my god, how hard is it to understand that since yo ucan change to any job in a moment, locking tele ports to 1 job is DUMB

    Im 2 DoM @ 50; 2 DoW @40+ and 3 DoW @28/9/34 Jin Sing Rabanastre

    I think i'd have teleport..... but why should i have to change jobs to use it? You know you can get longer flee (and cooldown) by fleeing as arc and switching to w/e; thats part of my plan for getting more aetheryte nodes..... you know cuz i F$#@KING walked there, it was miiiiighty adventurous; buff like a mutha, flee past and use sentinel when flee dies

    Now that I've adventured.... I wanna teleport, why you gotta ask for it to cost 25anima..... of my 100? wtf?

    Because you love lore and travel more than fun and battle? So I don't matter? Can't you just let me have the choice you have, and tele or walk of my own regard?
