Anyone know how long it would take to solo a FC up to Rank 6?

Took about 2-2.5 months with just two of us. Keep in mind you can only get FC points from HQing items, HQ gathers, fates, quests and levequests. Nothing you do in a dungeon counts at all. That 2 months was not rushed either so I imagine it could go faster if you devote yourself to doing stuff that increases rank. (Quests, high lvl leves and high lvl fates seemed to give the most points)

took me roughly 5 months to solo my fc to rank 6.
i wasnt in any rush though since my goal at the time was to save up for a medium house (see: huge for 1 person)
gave up towards the end and just went for a small

i could see 1 person doing it in 2+ months if they were very dedicated. i never did fates.
just casual crafting & gathering for SB'ing purposes, daily GC turn-ins and any quests available (new patch quests, leveled another job, daily beast tribe)


As to the OP:
the only downside really is the fact that if the two of you decide to take more than 35 days off together, when you return you will find yourself homeless and potentially FC-less.
