    I REALLY hope RDM isn't given a healer role here >.<. Haste should go back to Time Mage and En-Spells back to Mystic Knight should they appear as well...

    I believe Banish, Scourge, Dia and Water are still used by some enemies. Not sure if any use Flood, Quake and Tornado still from the old days.

    Yoshi has once expressed hatred for the Haste spell. He doesn't like how it instantly becomes an absolutely needed buff a la FFXI. He could always change his mind but just wanted to inform. As far as Slow goes, I don't really see the point honestly. Between PGL/LNC/THM/ACN we have 4 different applications of it as it is. If Time Mage were to come in I would expect it to stem off of THM as it is due to their related abilities (Lethargy (slow and heavy), Swiftcast, Aetherial Manipulaiton) which would give them Slow anyway .

    Shell I could see and not necessarily coming from a healer either. It would require either re-evaluating sub classes for our current jobs or bumping them up from 2 to 3. Either SCH would need to have the new class+CNJ or the new class+CNJ+THM. I don't really see anyone wanting to lose Swiftcast and I'm sure it'd cause a lot of flack but otherwise THM doesn't really offer much anyway...

    It's quite different in the hands of the enemy. We still have individual elemental resistances so they can benefit from the various elements but we don't get the same benefit. I could see en-spells working via some sort of a mechanic on Mystic Knight but not as a straight up copy of the enemies version. If we straight up copied it there'd be no point in giving more than one element which would be both boring and unfair.

    They just meant that we have a big Astral attack so we should have a big Umbral attack as well. Darkness is an iconic Dark Knight ability.
