That is nice and all, I knew I wasn't going crazy, but that isn't exactly what players are complaining about Camate. They want the ability to set the target during the GCD timer (you know, that hard coded 2.5 second window you force us to do absolutely nothing) this way it doesn't feel like a slow down to wait for timer to reset then target and place an otherwise instant use ability. However, this is an issue with all instant use abilities still. Being forced to wait for a GCD timer that shouldn't have any collision with the instant use ab (Buffs, blood letter, etc.).
