You’ll be happy to know that by increasing the rank cap of your companion you’ll be able to allocate more skill points, and if you boost another role to rank 10 you’ll be able to obtain the specialized barding as well.

Also, we will be implementing means to reallocate your points so you can obtain other companion role barding in this way as well; however, you’ll have to break the rank cap and be a high enough rank to do this.
